Grade 9 student Oshay Lawes has started the track season with a bang bringing home gold medals from her first two meets.  At the Hamilton Indoor Games at Copps Coliseum in February she came away with a first place finish in the Midget Girls high jump.  At the Nike Adams Invitation March 4th at York University Lawes came away with first place in both the 60m dash  (8.08)and 60m hurdles  (10.47) and claimed 2nd place (27.91) in the 200m.  This talented young athlete will be one to watch this coming outdoor season.
